The course offers at the same time a unique, challenging and immersive training opportunity and an employment opportunity to fit into a complex and ambitious organizational context such as that of the Autostrade Group. A place to develop, promote and exchange skills increasingly in line with technological innovation of processes, methods and products.
The Master, lasting 24 months, does not foresee costs to be borne by the students, which will be fully covered by Autostrade per l’Italia, and provides for recruitment from the first day of the Master, with a high-level training apprenticeship contract for a duration of 2 years. In this period, through academic training and comparison with on-the-job experience, you will be provided with the necessary tools to acquire skills in Project Management, Contract Management Control, Leadership, Negotiation, Economic Regulation, Internationalization, IoT Monitoring, Infrastructures Smart Mobility.
The goal to be achieved together is to train talents capable of distinguishing themselves in the research and implementation of innovative solutions in the management and monitoring of motorway networks, accompanying the company in the digital transformation process. At the end of the course you will have acquired skills and gained operational experience in the field which are essential for your career growth.
